Our science-based program is not a generic, cookie-cutter, one size fits all program.  Upon our initial consultation (either in person or online), we create a custom plan of action. We discuss your fears, current state of life and mind, perceived assets and limitations. From there, we curate a set of S.M.A.R.T. goals - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely-  for your adventure

The magic of MLI lies in accountability.

Whether it’s a mindset makeover or body transformation, being held liable for what you did or did not do is a game-changer. During our scheduled check in’s, we discuss where you excelled and where there is room for improvement. Having to explain why you did (or did not) hit your target makes you think twice before you uber eats a midnight snack (or even worse, text your ex.)

Perfection is not what we are striving for. That is a one-way ticket to misery.

Nourishment

No matter what your health goal is, your diet is crucial when it comes to achieving it. What you eat can either propel or impede your goals. You are in the gym for one hour out of twenty-four. You can not out-train a bad diet.

Here’s what you can expect: Meal suggestions based on your goals.

Once your initial goal has been met, we reassess where you are at. Has life shifted? Do you want to train for something new? Together we calibrate a game plan that ensures your continued health success.

FITNESS

Typically, people fail because they are overwhelmed with the new tasks that are set before them. This program is “buildable” meaning we gradually add on. We master the basics first. Meal prep, water intake, proper form, so you have a strong foundation to build upon. 

Excuses or Excellence: The choice is yours. Without a solid fitness foundation, failure is likely.

Your new fitness regimen will include: Customized workouts with video demonstrations via an app

 

Mental Conditioning & Intuitive Healing

Everyone has a story. In our first session, we delve into yours. Depending on how you operate is how we will proceed. Through a combination of proven mindset techniques and energy healing modalities, we address what is keeping you hostage from progressing forward.  Confronting limited belief systems jumpstarts the process of silencing your inner negative critic. The process of extinguishing the sabotager that resides in your head gives you the courage to show up for your life and try.

Energy has no dogma. It is not affiliated with any religion. This work is about mindset and perspective. If you think you can, you will. If you can’t, you won’t. We dive deep into fear, particularly fear of failure. When the dialogue around Fear begins to shift, you can use it to empower instead of paralyze. A motivator instead of a life crusher.

Uncover the power of your story. Owning both the good and the bad, the dark and the light. To shame any aspect is to shame your soul. The goal of intuitive healing is to expand your perspective through boundaries, self-love, and kindness.
